Meet Bassey and Debie-Rise, the new housemates in #BBNaija as CocoIce becomes HoH

After a first week filled with drama, tears, one house party and nude show by ThinTallTony, #BBNaija housemates and their fans at home are set for week two.

Biggie started off the week by revealing to the house mates that no one was going to be evicted after all. Instead, two new housemates were introduced. Biggie introduced Debie-Rise and Bassey.

Debie-Rise is a self-professed tomboy, a kind of “daddy’s little girl”.

Growing up she’d often help daddy out on things regarded as man chores. She shared the love of sports fitness and electronics with her father, thus she studied Computer Science to complement following the footsteps of her electrical engineer father.

This is not her first time on a reality show, she came in second in on of the editions of Nigerian Idol. She speaks both Yoruba and Hausa. her love for football, dancing and Taekwondo earned her a fitness freak persona. She dreams of taking Nollywood by storm pretty soon.

Bassey is from a large family. Unfortunately, the matriarch of the family, Bassey’s mom died seven years ago. Her death defined one of the lowest point in life. He is a graduate of Theatre arts from the University of Calabar, where he majored in Acting. He’s single and believes professions of love that aren’t backed up by deeds are pointless. He believes he is gifted and loves interacting with other gifted people.

Meanwhile CocoIce who was put up for fake eviction last week has become the Head of House. She took the baton from Uriel who used her HoH power to save Miyonce from the eviction list by swapping him for Marvis. CocoIce became HoH after accomplishing the delegated open Box challenge Maybe Uriel should be scared of the next eviction. Also newcomer Debie-Rise has been crowned “Baby Joker” and will provide entertainments. While the HoH will be immune to eviction nominations and will have the privilege to save and replace the nominated housemates,the new commers, Bassey and Debie-Rise are also immune to nominations.
