Mayweather’s daughter, Iyanna, facing 99-year jail term, $100,000 fine for aggravated assault
Iyanna Mayweather is reportedly facing a hefty sentence if convicted of stabbing Lapattra Jacobs, the mother of Young Boy Never Broke Again’s child.
Subsequently, BOSSIP reports she’s seeking the best possible legal counsel and hired famed attorney Kurt Schaffer, who once successfully defended Rap-A-Lot Records founder J. Prince, to take her case.
Mayweather stands accused of stabbing Jacobs at YoungBoy’s Houston mansion earlier this month. Authorities were called to YoungBoy’s home last Saturday (April 4) where EMTs discovered Jacobs bloody and on the floor.
YoungBoy was briefly placed in handcuffs as a precautionary measure, while Iyanna was transported to Harris County Jail. Later that evening, YoungBoy went on an Instagram Live tirade, blasting Kodak Black for claiming he “cooperated” with police.
Schaffer said Floyd Mayweather’s 19-year-old daughter plans to plead not guilty when she appears in court in August 2020.
If convicted, she faces up to 99 years in prison and a $10,000 fine
