The Prosecutor, Insp Caleb Leramo, told the court that the defendant and four others, still at large, committed the offences on March 16, at 10:00 pm at Oke-Ila Area of Ado-Ekiti.
He said that the defendant and four others at large conducted themselves in a manner likely to cause breach of peace by mobilising themselves and going to one Gbadamosi Kolawole’s house.

Leramo asked the court for an adjournment to enable him study the case file and present his witnesses.
The defendant, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against him.
