A 22-year-old ย man was caught in a smart attempt to steal a lady’s phone in Benin.
According to eyewitness, the man had successfully stolen the phone, but on his way out of the lady’s shop, he was stopped ย by someone who noticed his strange movement and raised the alarm.
The young man was thoroughlyย flogged ย and stripped. But policemen came a few minutes later and took him away.
