Layi Wasabi, Jagun Jagun win at 2024 AMVCA

At the prestigious 10th Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards held at the Eko Hotel & Suites in Lagos, Nigeria, Femi Adebayo’s film “Jagun Jagun” clinched the coveted title of Best Indigenous Language Movie.

The awards ceremony, dedicated to recognizing excellence in the African film and television industry, saw Adebayo’s film triumphing in its category.

Expressing his gratitude during his acceptance speech, Femi Adebayo thanked AMVCA for the recognition and remarked, “Thank you, AMVCA, we are going stronger.”

In addition to Adebayo’s win, Layi Wasi also emerged victorious at the AMVCA, securing the award for Best Digital Content Creator.
