Lagos seals mosques, hotels for noise pollution
The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency sealed several establishments, including a mosque and hotels, in the Oshodi/Isolo area on Monday for environmental violations including noise pollution.
LASEPA, in a statement posted on X, highlighted the ongoing initiatives aimed at tackling noise pollution and maintaining environmental standards.
The statement reads “As part of its ongoing initiatives to tackle noise pollution and other environmental violations, yesterday, LASEPA sealed several establishments, including a mosque, a company, and hotels in the Oshodi/Isolo area of the state for various environmental infractions.
“The facilities affected are Adura Agba Ratibi Mosque, Stag Engineering Nig Ltd, Green Point Hotel, 4 Season Hotel and Suites, Big Apple Hotel and Suites, Honey Dew Hotel and Suites, Humble Signature Hotel and Suites, and New Ground Hotel.”
