The nurse who attended to the late Nigerian rapper, Ilerioluwa Olademeji Aloba, known by his stage name Mohbad, has been apprehended by the Lagos State Police Command. This development was revealed by Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, following her meeting with the Lagos State Police Commissioner, Idowu Owohunwa.

In a recent Instagram video, the actress updated fans on her visit to the Police Commissioner and the ongoing investigation into Mohbad’s death. “The police have made some arrests related to Mohbad’s death. The nurse is now in custody. That’s all the information I can share at this moment,” she stated.

She further disclosed that several individuals have been arrested and others have been asked to surrender themselves to the police. It’s worth noting that Mohbad’s father, James Aloba, had previously expressed suspicion towards the auxiliary nurse who administered an injection to Mohbad prior to his death, suggesting that it may have worsened his son’s health condition.

As previously reported by WuzupNigeria, the Lagos  State Police Command has set up an investigation team and the Governor, Babajide Sanwoolu has also invited the DSS to delve into the circumstances surrounding the sudden demise of the singer.
