Lacazette’s 95th-minute goal shoots Arsenal to Fifth on premier league table
The gunners continued their blistering run for a top four finish after the Emirates side sailed past Wolves on Thursday night, courtesy of Nicolas Pepe and Alexandre Lacazette goals.
Arsenal brought Wolves’ charge for the top four to a screeching halt after the visitors went a goal up after Gabriel’s backpass to Aaron Ramsdale was intercepted by Hee Chan Hwang who immediately converted the loose ball.
The home team struggled to find its footing after the upset until Pepe pulled one back in 86th minutes.
The gunners captain notched the winner in the 95th minutes of the match to shoot Arsenal to the fifth position on the premier league table and maintain the team’s three-match unbeaten record.
