[PHOTOS] Kanu Nwankwo jets to New York for UN peace meeting
Kanu Nwankwo, a former captain of the Nigerian national team, Super Eagles has travelled out of Nigeria to attend the United Nations peace meeting.
Kanu announced that he was on his way to the meeting on his social media accounts, twitter and instagram.
“Heading to UN for peace and unity in africa through football.lets make the world a better place#one love #airport thing #positive vibe,” Kanu wrote on twitter and instagram.
“Here we are,just arrived for the meeting with UN bringing peace and unity and development through football to africa,” he added on arrival.
