Kano discharges 30 Covid-19 patients, records nine new cases
The Kano State government has announced the discharge of 30 COVID-19 patients.
The State Ministry of Health confirmed the development in a tweet on Monday night.
It also confirmed that the State recorded nine new cases of coronavirus on Monday.
The State currently has a total of 1529 confirmed COVID-19 cases.
It has also tested 25,928 samples and discharged 1235 patients.
53 patients have, however, died from the disease in the State.
It tweeted:
“COVID19KN Update as at 11:00pm 27th July 2020.
“9 new cases recorded from 83 results received today from the laboratories.
“30 additional #COVID19Kano patients were discharged.
“#MaskUpKano #FlattenTheCurve #StaySafe.”
