JUST IN: Policewoman delivers triplets in Ogun
A policewoman serving in Ogun State Police Command, Bolaji Senjirin, has reportedly given birth to triplets.
A source said that the female officer was delivered of two boys and a girl.
The news was revealed by State Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, on Wednesday.
Daily Trust reported that the family was paid a surprise visit by the State Commissioner of Police, Edward Ajogun, in Kemta area of Abeokuta metropolis on Wednesday.
Ajogun, who went in the company of members of Police Community Relations committee, expressed delight at the safe delivery of the babies.
After donating a cash donation to the babies, he also assured the family of his continued support towards their upkeep.
The source stated that the nursing mother was an orderly to Ajogun’s wife.
Similarly, the State PCRC Chairman, Samson Kunle Popoola has announced a cash donation of N25,000 on behalf of the body while its women wing also pledged to support the family.
