JUST IN: Fire razes Ebeano supermarket in Abuja
A massive fire has reportedly erupted at a multi-million naira shopping centre, Ebeano supermarket, Lokogoma, Abuja, the country’s capital, on Saturday night.
The PUNCH reports that the cause of the fire outbreak could not be immediately ascertained but many firefighters are currently battling to put it out.
Confirming the incident, FCT Fire Service spokesman, Ibrahim Muhammad, said: “Ebeano supermarket is on fire and many FCT fire stations namely Nji, Games Village, Garki and Asokoro are there fighting the fire.”
