Jimoh Ibrahim and Fani-Kayode attack each other over outcome of Ondo election
Barely minutes after INEC declared the candidate of the APC, Barrister Rotimi Akeredolu as the winner of the Ondo state governorship election, both Chief Femi Fani-Kayode and Barrister Jimoh Ibrahim of the PDP took to social media to blast each other on the outcome of the election.
Below are comments of the PDP chieftains on their Twitter handles:
I had no doubt that Jegede would lose as Femi Fani-Kayode was supporting him. If you want to win any election, pay Femi not to support you.
— Barr. Jimoh Ibrahim (@JimohIbrahimOFR) November 27, 2016
The biggest Judas in Nigerian politics today is Jimoh Ibrahim. He sold his party for money. He lives like Judas and he will end like Judas.
— Femi Olu-Kayode(FFK) (@realFFK) November 27, 2016
Both politicians had been attacking each other prior to the conduct of the guber poll on Saturday over who was the substantive candidate of the PDP between Ibrahim and Eyitayo Jegede. Jegede eventual got Supreme Court nod to represent the PDP.
