It’s not all bashing for Oge Okoye as fans rise to her defence

Published

It is not all bashing and insults for actress Oge Okoye as EbonyLife On-Air-Personality, Bolanle Olukanni, in a tweet on Thursday asked for empathy for the 38-year-old.

In solidarity with Okoye, Olukanmi wrote,

“All of you that are making fun of Oge Okoye, I pray you are never in a situation so dire or desperate and in your despair, the world mocks you instead of empathising with you.”

The actress had come for some serious bashing after a video of her at the church of controversial South African pastor, Alpha Lukau, emerged online.

Lukau had earlier broken the Internet, a few weeks ago, when he reportedly resurrected a dead man. The resurrection turning out to be staged.

Nigerians are, however, not happy to see their own visit the church of one with such a past and have seriously criticised the actress with controversial OAP, Daddy Freeze, leading the pack.

But it is not all bashing for Oge Okoye as Olukanni and other Nigerians have spoken up in her support.
