I’M SO HAPPY I MADE IT! Leila Samati crowned 2018 Miss Africa Great Britain [Photos & videos]
Leila Samati, a 20-year-old model from Guinea Bissau, has been crowned Miss Africa Great Britain 2018 and Miss Catwalk.
She excitedly shared the good news on her Instagram page and appreciated everyone that supported her.
She also celebrated other contestants adding that they are all vibrant, dynamic and professional.

Samati wrote;
“I’m the Winner of MISS AFRICA GREAT BRITAIN & Miss Catwalk , I’m so happy that I made it, with full support from family and friends, and the best organization and walk teacher and choreographers ?
“And thank you to all the girls I Made definitely great friends, I enjoy working with you girls and I hope we stick together always.
“I think we had a beautiful batch this time and I learnt a lot from each one of them. We are all so vibrant, dynamic and professional.
“And at the same time, they know how to have fun. We are a bunch of talented people and their talents inspire me and that’s something I’d love to take back.”
She beat 27 other girls to clinch the crown.

The first runner-up was Oreoluwa Kofoworade from Nigeria, a criminology graduate of the University of Kingston. Elizabeth Seyi from Togo finished in third place.
