Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, has enlightened her fans and followers on the need to get over their exes once and for all.

According to the mother of one, growth is a constant necessity in life and if one is still fixated on former things instead of moving on, one has failed.

Tonto advised her fans to avoid going back to their vomits as it paints them in a bad light.

Taking to her social media pages, she wrote,
