Ice Cube, Missy Elliot, others send best wishes to hospitalised Dr Dre
A number of get well wishes have trooped in for American music mogul, Dr Dre, who was hospitalised Tuesday evening after suffering a brain aneurysm.
However, reports from local media suggested that the 55-year-old veteran rapper who was admitted to Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai hospital is in a “stable and lucid” condition.
Dre himself gave an update on his situation via his verified Instagram handle, assuring his loved ones that he is “doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team.”
“I will be out of the hospital and back home soon. Shout out to all the great medical professionals at Cedars. One Love!,” he added.
Dre’s colleagues including Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Missy Elliot and LL Cool J, amongst other have sent get well messages to the legendary music producer on social media.
His longtime buddy, Cube posted a picture of himself and Dre with his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, “send your love and prayers to the homie Dr. Dre,” he tweeted.
