Gunmen attack Modakeke farmers, kill five
Some unknown gunmen have reportedly attacked some indigenes of Modekeke town in Osun State killing five of them.
The victims were said to be on their way to the farm in a neighbouring village,Toro, in the early hours of Friday when they were attacked.
A community leader in Modakeke, Mr. Femi Eluyinka, who confirmed the incident in a chat with The PUNCH, said some people from the community, accompanied by police operatives had evacuated the corpses.
