GOOGLE TRENDING SONGS OF 2018! Fever, Assurance, Science Student, Motigbana, Nwa Baby, One Ticket top list
Its been an eventful 2018 for celebrities in the music and movie industry as many recorded huge breakthroughs in their respective fields.
Artistes such as Tiwa Savage, Davido, Simi, Wizkid, Adekunle Gold, Burna Boy, Wande Coal amongst others sold out their international concerts in London and had a remarkable music tour overall.
On Wednesday Google released a list of the most searched songs and top trending songs in Nigeria for 2018.
In the list, Wizkid, Davido, and Olamide who are arguably one of the most successful songsters in Nigeria dominated Google’s 2018 list.
26-year-old OBO had four songs in the list of top trending songs, while Wizkid and Olamide had three and two respectively.
Not to be left out, Kizz Daniel’s “One Ticket” featuring Davido was nos six on the list and Burna Boy’s “Gbona” came seventh.
For the top movies, Kemi Adetiba’s recently released “King of Boys” made the list while “Black Panther”, arguably the biggest film of the year, was also included.
Tyler Perry’s “Acrimony” and EbonyLife’s “The Wedding Party 2” were also among the top movies of the year.
The Wedding Party 2 is currently the highest grossing Nigerian film of all time.
