Game Of Thrones: Working with Emilia Clarke made Kit Harington want to vomit
Popular medieval set American movie, Game of Thrones, has entertained movie fans around the world for several years.
Building up to the final season, some casts have shared their experiences during the shoot.
Two favourites in the movie, Kit Harrington (Jon Snow) and Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen), have had to shoot love scenes together.
Kit’s character, Snow, went all in and seemed like a natural but for Kit, in real life his approach to filming such intimate scenes was more on the goofy side.
Recently revealed by Emilia in an interview is the fact that Kit’s reaction to filming love scenes with her didn’t make the process easy.
Emilia explained that
“The first scene we had together, we both just started laughing. Why are you looking at me this strange way and saying these strange lines? You’re my friend!”
Of course, it can be an odd experience to shoot a love scene with a friend. But, when it was time for Harington and Clarke to pretend to get it on, Harington took things a step further and started to fake vomit everywhere.
Emilia remembers reacting to this like, “Oh my god, mate, you’re not making this any easier!”
With the show coming to an end after all of the stress of the last eight years, Kit says he had a “huge heave of emotion” when he shot his final scene. He even broke down in tears at the final table read.
Kit says he is satisfied with how the story ends at the end of Jon’s long journey.
