Many people would do almost anything to get a job in an organisation that makes work fun for employees.

But there are only a few organisations like that all over the world, not to talk of Nigeria. Most of the times, the best you get is a boss that smiles ones in a while.

However, that does not totally rule out the existence of organisations where working is almost the same as having fun. Rapper Jude ‘M.I’ Abaga’s company is definitely one of such organisations that is fun to work in.

Chocolate City is a Nigerian record label co-founded by lawyer Audu Maikori along with Paul Okeugo, MI and Yahaya Maikori. With its headquarters in Lagos it is regarded as one of the biggest and most successful urban record labels in Africa.

It is almost always fun in there.

An example of how much fun the have there is what happened on Monday after an office meeting. There was a mannequin challenge where everyone was required to freeze for some time and it was caught on video. The result wll make you laugh!
