Feminists who attack people for choosing their path are bullies – Simi
Nigeran songstress, Simi, has giving her two cents about “so-called” feminists who attacked women for choosing their own path.
The singer described the feminists as bullies during a chit chat with fans on Twitter tagged #AskSimi.
Simi’s response comes after one @_oseremen on Twitter said “#AskSimi So what would you call those so-called feminists who delight themselves in attacking a woman for choosing her own path – by her fucking self?

Simi further said it is tempting to focus on extremes to prove a point.
“The problem is, it is tempting to focus on extremes to prove ur point. If they’re conditioned because of patriarchy, that is not a choice.
“I doubt anyone chooses to be cheated on or abused – and to help people like this, you lead them with love, they don’t know better.
The singer also talked about the rising case of depression saying it would be okay if people learn to lean on one another and unburden when things get too heavy.
“It’s scary and sad. Especially for young men. The struggle to keep up. The fear of failure. The desperate desire for validation. Very scary.
“I hope that we can let people know it’s ok to share and lean on someone when things get too heavy,” Simi said.
