Afrobeat and Jazz super star, Femi Anikulapo-Kuti, on Tuesday took time off music for humanitarian work in the Internally Displaced Persons Camps in Adamawa State.

“Off to Adamawa to continue my humanitarian work with the IRC in the IDP camps,’’ he had announced via his Instagram page.

He had embarked on a similar visit in January to Maiduguri, as part of efforts to put smiles on the faces of the IDP’s especially children, in collaboration with the International Red Cross.

At this recent visit, the music star who is also a United Nations Peace ambassador played music from his trumpet to the delight of the IDPs in the camp. He stole their heart in a beautiful way.
