Former Super Eagles goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama has stated that he doesn’t have any issue with Sunday Oliseh, a former coach of the national team.

Recall that Oliseh stripped Enyeama of the team’s captain band and gave it to Ahmed Musa which led to his exit from the team.

In an Instagram live chat with Channels TV, Enyeama reacted to claims of problems with Oliseh as a result of the incident.

“I don’t have a problem with Sunday Oliseh. I have heard a whole lot of people say “Vincent has a problem with Sunday Oliseh”, which according to him is not true.

He stated that what happened between them was a “script” and that “we all played our part and the movie was done.”

Enyeama also reacted to claims by former teammates Taiye Taiwo and Chinedu Obasi that they were dropped from the team for failing to give bribe.

“I have not been a victim,” he noted. “I have not experienced it. God has always been my strength. My talent has always been there to see me through also. I can; put my foot down, sincerely, to say that thing has not been that thing, or there has been that thing.”

The goalkeeper stated that the players who didn’t make the world cup in Brazil after winning the 2013 AFCON may have been dropped due to injury or loss of form.
