Nigerian Police Officer and Tricyclist

In the spirit of Christmas, a Nigerian Police officer has warmed his way into the hearts of netizens, after he gifted a tricyclist and its occupants five thousand naira each.
In a video making the rounds on social media, today, December 24th, a man dressed in a Nigerian police uniform could be seen stopping a tricycle and then demanded something that looks like his drivers license.
After he received it, he confirmed the plate number of the tricycle and then wished the driver "Merry Christmas" as he dipped his hand in his pocket and brought out a bundle of cash, gifting the driver and the occupants five thousand naira each.
Excited and utterly surprised, they all chorused "Thank You"
