An onstage dancer has sued American rapper, Snoop Dogg and his associate, Bishop Don โMagicโ Juan.
The dancer in a law suit filed claimed they sexually assaulted her nearly a decade ago.
The ‘Jane Doe’ accuser filed her lawsuit in federal court in Los Angeles on Wednesday February 9, claiming her alleged assaults by the rapper and his friend happened shortly after she attended a Snoop Dogg concert at Club Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, California on May 29, 2013.
She claimed that she was assaulted in back-to-back attacks after she accepted a ride home from Bishop Don โMagicโ Juan, whose real name is Donald Campbell, and wound up back at his residence against her wish.
The court document read โPlaintiff was exhausted and fell asleep at [Bishopโs] home.โ
She says she awoke at 4.am the next morning and Bishop โremoved his penis from his pants and forced his penis in Plaintiffโs face,โ and โrepeatedly shoved his penis into Plaintiffโs mouth.โ
It was also alleged in the lawsuit that Bishop โdiscriminated against and harassed Plaintiff because of her sex and gender.โ
The unidentified accuser claims Campbell later demanded that she accompany him to a recording studio where Snoop Dogg purportedly was filming his TV series, Snoop Doggโs Double G News Network.
She alleged that Campbell gave her a dress and told her to put it on so they could go to Snoopโs studio, saying โI want to see if he will make you the weather girlโ โ for some TV show.
The dancer claimed that she went to the studio but had a stomach ache so she went to the bathroom. While she was in the toilet, Snoop walked in, โstanding with his crotch in Plaintiffโs face, while Plaintiff was defecating in the toilet.โ
She says he then forced oral sex on her.
The rapper then allegedly โproceeded to masturbate and ejaculated on plaintiffโs upper chest and lower neck.โ
He then purportedly said, โIโll get you something to clean up withโ and left the accuser โhumiliated, terrified and panickedโ in the bathroom without returning.
She claimed shortly thereafter, Bishop said to her, โCome here! Take a picture with Snoop!โ
She says she was scared and took the photo. And then she says Snoop wouldnโt hire her because she โrefused to willingly and enthusiastically give oral sex.โ
The woman claimed that she didnโt immediately report the alleged assaults because she was โthinking about her job security if she displeasedโ the rapper.
According to her, she worked for various companies owned by or associated with the rapper for several years.
Her filing says she obtained a right to sue from the Department of Fair Employment and Housing on Dec. 20, 2021 and agreed to โattempt to resolve this dispute through a private mediationโ that took place February 8, 2022.
The document says the โmediation was unsuccessfulโ and โimmediately after the mediation endedโ.
Snoop Dogg has however denied the entire story, saying itโs a pack of lies. He posted an image on his Instagram, calling her a โGold digger.โ The photo included emojis of a judge and a police officer. The dancerโs lawyer Matt Finkelberg described Snoop Doggโs Instagram post as โobviously threatening.โ
Snoop Dogg, born Calvin Broadus, was previously sued by makeup artist Kylie Bell with allegations he and members of his entourage sexually assaulted her in 2003. Shortly before she filed her complaint, Bell was sued by Snoop for extortion. Bell later dropped her lawsuit, explaining in a statement that โthe matter has been resolved amicably.โ
