Popular Nigeria Singer, Olamide, has gifted a fan a brand new car a few months after trolling him over the request on social media.
Punch Metro recalls that the fan, identified as Odunuga Oluwaseun, had begged the YBNL boss for a car, adding that he doesn't mind if it is on hire purchase for his business about four months ago.
"Baddo, I need a car for my bolt business ooo. Even na HP I go pay back. Make we run biz. Thanks," the fan had tweeted on January 25th.
In response, the 'Durosoke' singer bluntly rejected Oluwasegun's request and noted that he owed him no gift, attracting mixed reactions from the social media users.
Olamide said in January, "Money weh you keep for my hand ... Ori iya e gbaa Ile."( The last part, an insult directed at the tweep's mother).
However, in a recent update, Olamide was reported to have secretly reached out to the fan, gifting him a brand new car.
Oluwasegun revealed that the rapper eventually bought him a car for his e-hailing cab business.
“Today, I’m so happy because I be car owner by this post. @Olamide went out of all odds to put a smile on my face. You are so special. plus na low key you do am. I go post am. I love you more. Thank you, boss.@asakemuski manager. you no go fall,” the fan wrote.
