I get more money from music, shows than your faves combined, Burna Boy slams troll
A tweep identified as Daniel Regha has berated Grammy Award-winning singer, Damini Ogulu, aka Burna Boy after he bragged that he is the highest-paid singer in the music industry.
In a tweet on Saturday, Burna had said; “I said money doesn’t satisfy me and it’s my Truth but it Doesn’t change the fact that I’m the highest paid artist in the History of African music. Believe it or not.
Reacting to his tweet, Regha said; “Burna you are a standout artiste but your problem is that you brag unnecessarily; you can’t be the “highest paid artist in the history of African music” because they’re artistes who have triple your net worth, yet stay low-key.
“Everything isn’t a competition, quit chasing publicity validation.
Responding to Regha’s tweet, the ‘Bank On It’ singer said; “In Africa? Like who? mention name lemme expose these lying muthaf#ckaz. I no kuku send anybody papa.
“Facts won’t change because of Agenda and it’s not bragging if its Facts. Music has not paid any African artist the way it pays me. FACTS.
“Getting more money from music and shows than all your faves combined. FACTS.”
