Actress and brand influencer, Omawunmi Megbele has explained why she cut her hair in the video of her new released album “Love Deep High Life.”

Speaking in an interview with HipTV, the songbird disclosed that she was compelled to shave her hair while shooting the musical visuals because of depression.

According to her, the period coincided with the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic and the hijacked EndSARS protest that took many lives.

“I cut my hair live in that video because when I was writing the song, I was in a place of despair.
