The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency on Thursday said 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, commonly known as ecstasy or molly, and cannabis were found in the house of Oniyide Azeez popularly known as Zinoleesky.

Zinoleesky, alongside Ilerioluwa Oladimeji known professionally as Mohbad, were arrested in the early hours of Thursday.

Providing update about the raid, NDLEA’s Director of Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi, said following the discovery of the prohibited drugs, 'we have to trace where they are getting these substances from.'

“When their house was searched we found in their possession molly and cannabis. The investigation is still ongoing but we have to trace where they are getting these substances from,” Babafemi told the media.

Molly is an illegal drug that acts as both a stimulant and psychedelic, producing an energizing effect, as well as distortions in time and perception and enhanced enjoyment from tactile experiences.
