An angry mob has on Tuesday set ablaze a police station in Ojoo area of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
A report says that trouble started when police tried to disperse a crowd of protesters demanding an end to police brutality.
Some hoodlums in the midst of the protesters hurled stones at the police officers which forced them to open fire.
The police officers were outnumbered by the hoodlums who proceeded to burn their station in Ojoo.
Meanwhile, two police stations in Lagos were on Tuesday burnt by hoodlums who hijacked the EndSARS protests.
This has forced the state government to declare a 24-hour curfew which begins by 4 p.m on Tuesday.
