According to the founder of Kelechnekoff Fitness studio, people should learn to anchor their feelings and emotions within their current reality.
“I know there is a lot of concern online about gold diggers, high-value men
“If you are someone who is worried about gold diggers ask yourself do you have the gold that they are digging for?
“Silver? Myrrh? NO…
“So one of the tips that I gleaned from a podcast that I was listening to by a theraphist is that you should try to anchor your feelings and emotions within your current reality, the things that you are experiencing…
“So let those with the gold worry about diggers and you just hang on in there…”
