D’banj signs Tanzanian singer, Feza Kessy, to record label

Nigerian musician and entrepreneur, Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo aka D’banj, has announced the signing of Tanzanian artiste, Feza Kessy, to his record label, DB records.

The 40-year-old made the announcement on Friday via Instagram and also said that she would soon release a new song.

He wrote:

“I present to you @fezakessy; FIRST LADY of @dbrecordsofficial”

Confirming the update, Feza Kessy also stated that DB records was her new family.

“To my friends, family and ninjas across Africa and the world, meet my new family @dbrecordsofficial @iambangalee,” she wrote.

Feza Tadei Kessy aka Feza, is a former Miss Tanzania runner-up who found fame in Big Brother Africa (BBA) Season 8 in 2013.

After being evicted from the BBA house, Feza nurtured her passion for music, releasing her first single, ‘Amani ya Moyo’, in 2013 and more recently ‘My Papa’, a hit that has confirmed Feza as an up and coming musician to watch.

In 2015 she signed to Panamusiq and was asked to feature on Zambian superstar Macky 2’s track ‘Living my Life’.
