CROSS DRESSER! Man caught disguising as a lady to deceive male clients [Photos]
An unidentified man who disguises like a lady has been arrested by the Ugandan police.
According to media reports, he was caught while flirting with a prospective male client with the intention of extorting him.
The story was shared by one Mr. Emmanuel on Facebook. According to him, the young man who disguised himself as a lady did so in order to constantly deceive unsuspecting men and obtain money from them.
