The Queen of England was today pictured wearing gloves as she performed investitures at a ceremony at the Buckingham palace, possibly as a preventive measure against coronavirus today took precautions against coronavirus with 51 people already diagnosed of the disease in the UK.

Buckingham Palace on Wednesday played down the queen’s act of wearing gloves, saying it is not unusual for the Queen to wear gloves for public engagements but photos from previous investitures show that she does not normally wear them while awarding honors.
