Chukwueze dazzling runs in Villareal’s 2-1 win against Arsenal leave fans drooling

Super Eagles and Villareal forward, Samuel Chukwueze, may not have been rated in the class of Messi and Ronaldo  but a dog, they say, has its day

The winger was in blistering form as Villareal tormented Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal in the first 45 minutes of the game on Thursday evening.

The fans were left in awe of the star’s virtuoso performance after his fine start to Thursday’s Uefa Europa League semi-final clash, which the Yellow Submarine won via a narrow 2-1 win.

To cap his performance for the night, Chukwueze provided the assist for Manuel Trigueros’ opening goal.

The left-footed winger also showed glimpses of his pace and dribbling ability in the first half, which manifested fully after the interval.

The forward also looked dangerous every time he got on the ball and created a few chances for his side, one of which produced a brilliant Bernd Leno save from a Gerard Moreno shot.

He bagged his fifth assist, a feat yet to be matched by any other player in the UEFA Europa League campaign this season.
His brilliant form and dribbles against the London club has left fans yearning for more.
