Burna boy shares exclusive photos of his 90% female ‘tribe’
Grammy Award winner, Burna Boy has disclosed that 90 per cent of his band members are women whom he described as enterprising.
While reiterating that no man is an Island of knowledge, the singer-songwriter has taken to social media to reveal the faces behind his ‘tribe.’
Still, in a celebratory mood, Burna Boy took out time to celebrate those in his close circle whom he referred to as his ‘tribe,’ well as they say, behind every successful man is a woman and the ‘African Giant’ has proven this to be right as he shares photos of his 90 per cent female team.
The ‘Twice as Tall’ singer on Tuesday, March 23, shared 10 slides of photos on his Instagram page to appreciate their effort in moulding him into the star that he has become.
The self-acclaimed African Giant called his team the best in the captioned photos:
“Having talent is one thing, but having a team that’s committed every day, and making it so they don’t get weary of the work is another! 10 slides isn’t enough but I love each and every one of you differently! I’m fortunate to call you all my tribe! The journey continues. Emperor and logistics I see you too! Fun fact: my team is 90% female(they run the world tbh)”
The first photo captured the singer and his beloved mother who stood firmly by him in his musical journey.
This was followed by pictures of other members of his team that have worked relentlessly to see him win the Grammys.

Minutes after the team’s post, Burna Boy shared another appreciation post which is meant to celebrate his foreign support team who also stood by him and watched him hit the top with his ‘Twice as Tall’ song.
He mentioned artistes like Youssou, Chris Martin, Stormy, Twice as Tall co-executive producer, Diddy, and others.
