President Buhari heads for New York to attend UNGA (photos)
The Commander in Chief of Nigeria’s Armed Forces, President Muhammadu Buhari has left Nigeria to attend the 71st United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 71) Session in New York.The president travelled on Saturday morning to participate in the five-day event which kicks off on Monday.
On the first day of the event, president Buhari will deliver Nigeria’s statement titled, “The Sustainable Development Goals: A Universal Push to Transform Our World”, at the opening of the General Debate of the Assembly, says president’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina.
