JUST IN: Buhari returns to Nigeria from UK

President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) on Thursday evening returned to Abuja after spending 15 days on a medical visit to London, United Kingdom.
He had departed Nigeria in one of the jets in the presidential fleet through the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja on the 30th day of March, 2021.
However, Buhari’s “short rest” at the Abuja House in London was marred with the #HarassBuhariOutOfLondon protest organised by Reno Omokri, an ex-aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan.
A counter-protest or a solidarity protest was soon organised in support of the Nigerian president in what could be described as absurd drama.
Recall that Buhari has been criticised for the action despite the huge amount allocated to the Aso Rock clinic annually.
