Breaking: One of Nigeria’s youngest ever ministers dies at 73, burial date announced
Chief Raheed Gbadamosi Ibrahim, OFR one of Nigeria’s youngest-ever ministers, has died.
Reports reaching our correspondent from Ikorodu, where the former minister (at 28) passed on this evening, have it that although the cause of the businessman’s sudden demise could not be ascertained, it may not be unconnected to stroke which he suffered in April.
The late Ikorodu son also served Lagos state as the commissioner for Establishment and Economic Development and was also appointed as the co-chairman of Lagos at 50 planning committee.
Information obtained from Ikorodu has it that: “Chief Rasheed Gbadamosi OFR who passed on this evening will be buried at his Kunbi Haven residence, Sule Oyesola close, off Obafemi Awolowo Way (Grammar School), Ikorodu, by 2pm.”
