Ben Affleck reportedly breaks up with, girlfriend, Ana de Armas
American actor, Ben Affleck has broken up with his girlfriend, Ana de Armas who is also a popular Nollywood figure, after almost a year.
Local media reports that the 48-year-old actor and De Armas who stars in the unreleased James Bond: No Time To Die movie called it quits because they “were moving in different directions”.
Affleck who already has two daughters, Violet and Seraphina, and a son, Samuel, with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, started dating the 32-year-old actress in early 2020 when they were shooting the thriller Deep Water in New Orleans
“The breakup was amicable, [but] she was the one who called things of,” a source told US Weekly. “Ben and Ana were moving in different directions in their lives and stopped seeing eye to eye. The two couldn’t work through their differences and have decided to end their relationship.”

People magazine also reported a source as saying, “Ben is no longer dating Ana. She broke it off. Their relationship was complicated. Ana doesn’t want to be Los Angeles based and Ben obviously has to since his kids live in Los Angeles.”
Meanwhile, Page Six, reports that the couple broke up because they could not agree on having kids together.
“He would not commit to having more kids…She is in her 30s. It was a deal-breaker,” a source told Page Six, while another added that “Ben is not in a place to start a new family. Both he and Ana have three jobs lined up. His family has, and will continue, to be his focus.”
Despite the breakup, some people close to the couple believe that they would be back together in no time. “They could get back together,” said a source. “They are in love. People who know them believe it’s temporary.”
