BBNaija’s Phyna reveals alleged kidnapping escape ordeal
Big Brother Naija star Josephina Ijeoma Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, recounted a terrifying encounter with kidnappers in Delta State, expressing disbelief at narrowly escaping the harrowing incident.
On Saturday night, Phyna took to social media to share her shocking experience. She revealed witnessing the kidnapping scene unfold right in front of her as armed men hijacked four vehicles, leaving her trembling and in disbelief.
“Did we just escape a kidnap?! I’m shaking,” Phyna expressed, reflecting the shock and fear she experienced during the incident.
The reality TV star shared details of the chilling event, stating, “Omo….. so I got to Delta State today (GIG) we were moving in convoy, and suddenly one of the cars drifted off the road, which led to a very minor accident, so we all had to stop to see what can be done. But since it was getting late, two of the cars, including the one I’m in, decided to continue the journey.”
Phyna continued, “Omo na so we drive go front 4 cars to the one I was in. I just dey look kidnap… they carried them out of their cars and left both cars empty in the middle of the road… See the way cars were turning and riding one way back omo I just dey shiver.”
Concerns and support poured in from netizens as they reacted to Phyna’s post.
One user shared a similar experience, saying, “I witnessed a kidnap live at Onicha Ugbo road while traveling, Delta State and kidnap.”
Phyna’s followers extended prayers and well-wishes, expressing relief that she escaped unharmed.
