Bandits release 32 abducted Bethel Baptist School students
Bandits have released no fewer than 32 students out of the 63 remaining abducted students of Bethel Baptist school in Chikun Local Government area of Kaduna State.
Channels reports that the development was disclosed by a top official of the school who said that the victims were released on Friday.
The source added that an undisclosed amount of money was paid as ransom to the bandits who kidnapped them on July 5.
He further said that the freed students have been handed over to their parents.
As of the time of filing this report, the news has not been confirmed by the Kaduna State Government and police.
The number of released students now stands as 90 while 31 remain in captivity.
