The statement read;

On behalf of Babcock University Students’s Association (BUSA) we appreciate everyone for the Fresher’s Fair yesterday, unfortunately, our final artist could not perform because he arrived extremely late, because he arrived from a trip to Dubai and there was no formal agreement stating any performance time, and the University has strict regulations on the timing of event, hence the money paid for the guest artist (Kizz Daniel) has been returned to the Association.

We hereby repudiate any defamatory (video, photos, and comments) motion levelled against BUSA, Kizz Daniel and anyone found still holding on to these posts, necessary actions would be taken by BUSA, Fly boy INC and Kizz Daniel.

Recall that WuzupNaija had reported that some students of Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State, lambasted the music star for failing to perform after paying over three million as fee.

The students took to Twitter to express their dissatisfaction at the “One Ticket” crooner who reportedly made “unreasonable” demands and claimed that the N3 million is too small for a big music star like him.
