Anambra election: Obiano rewards woman who rejected bribe from rival party supporters
Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano, has generously rewarded a woman after she stood her grounds in the state election and rejected a bribe offered to her by some alleged All Progressives Gongress supporters.
In a video making the rounds on the internet, the woman identified as Mrs. Eunice Ngozi Onuegbusi from Ukwulu in Dunukofia Local Government Area was seen rejecting N5000 bribes by some APC memmbers.
Obiano rewarded the woman at a special thanksgiving mass as he also appreciated God for a peaceful, free and fair election.
Governor-Elect Chukwuma Soludo, Deputy-Governor-Elect, Onyedikachukwu Ibezim, and other APGA faithful were present at the thanksgiving ceremony.
