Fast-rising Nigerian music stars, Rema and Tems, have been listed among the 2022 global artists to watch on Amazon Music Unlimited.

The American digital streaming giant’s 50-man list is curated by Amazon’s Music Experts who believe that the “up-and-coming artists are poised to make a mark on 2022.”

Nigeria’s Rema, real name Divine Ikubor made the 50-man list on number 20 with his hit single named ‘Soundgasm’ on the playlist.

On the other hand, Temilade Openiyi, fondly called Tems made the main list which was released on Wednesday, according to NotJustOk.com.

Tems broke into the international scene with her collaboration with Wizkid’s which became a global smash hit.

The song Essence became the rave of the moment and was quickly jumped on by Canadian star, Justin Bieber who recorded a remix.

Tems has also featured on Drake’s 2021 album.
