AFCON 2021: Nigeria beat Sudan 3-1 to enter last 16
The Super Eagles defeated Sudan 3-1 to book their ticket into the knockout round of the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations.

Villarreal winger, Samuel Chukwueze gave the Super Eagles an early lead after just three minutes into the encounter at the Stade Omnisport, Roumdé Adjia Stadium in Cameroon.
Union Berlin striker, Taiwo Awoniyi doubled the lead late in the 45th minute to give the Eagles a 2-0 lead into the break.
Eguavoen’s men netted another early goal to kill the Sudanese resistance in the opening minutes of the second half.
FC Nanates’ Moses Simon made it 3-0 after just one minute into the second half.
However, the Sudanese were handed a consolation goal when Ola Aina gave away a penalty.
Walieldin Khedr beat Maduka Okoye in the 70th minute to deny the Super Eagles a clean sheet as the game ended 3-1.
Nigeria will face Guinea Bissau for their last group game of the tournament on Wednesday.
