A lawmaker in Abia State has empowered his constituents with hoes and cutlasses to the consternation of residents in the area.
Several posts on Facebook alleged that Hon. Mandela Obasi (PDP), Ohafia North State constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly empowered his constituents with the farm tools.
