WE DEY SUFFER, WE DEY SMILE! Falz slams government, lawmakers, others in new song ‘Talk’ [Watch]
Music rapper, Falz, has released a new song titled, “Talk” which is currently courting controversy online.
Like “This is Nigeria”, the new song is a social and political conscious song analysing the problems of the nation and emphasizing on areas where government, politicians, lawmakers, and the “cabals” are cheating citizens.
In the song, Falz boldly took a swipe at Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC), who had threatened to sue him for using hijab-wearing video vixens dancing the trendy “Shaku Shaku.”
The song further takes a swipe at politicians who get the best medical treatments abroad, Governors who owe salaries, lawmakers fighting at the National Assembly, corrupt officials walking freely while the poor are getting persecuted for stealing, jungle justice, religious leaders leaving extravagantly at the expense of their members, amongst others.
In the video, a young boy playing a video game has to choose between “Save Nigeria,” “Relocate to Yankee,” and “Join Gang”. He chooses “Save Nigeria” and the story continues.
