Youths in Uselu, Benin, Edo State are protesting the death of a six-year-old pupil who was swept away by flood after a downpour in the area.
According to the youths, the boy was swept away by the flood while returning from school on Monday.
They claimed the death wouldn’t have occurred if the big drainages in the area were well covered.
The boy was said to have tripped and fallen into an uncovered drainage around Textile Mill junction.
